Crankshaft pulley?!?
Hi people,I have a BIG problem with I think crankshaft pulley...I check codes and it showes me code 12.The main nut on crankshaft pulley was replaced by previous owner(he probably hit it somehow and twist it a little bit),so when car runs she is woblling(my english is a bit rough-sorry).Now to see what is the main problem I have to desamble the engine but my question is this-do I have to rip apart whole engine to get to crancshaft and other stuf or can I go easy way(I know there's no easy way to do it)and desamle just a bottom of the engine to see is it a problem in the pulley,or maybe just a center nut,or maybe a crancshaft?

Sorry! but it’s more than likely the shaft end is damaged where the pulley is attached. What normally happens is the pulley (which is fair chunk of metal) wobbles about on the end of the shaft and chews up the key-way and shaft. If the crank needs to be removed than the engine will need to be pulled to gain access to the sump. If you could post a photo of the shaft end, I`m sure someone could advise.
