Default Toyota Supra MK3 900 + HP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is that even possible?

What is the limit on how much HP a 7m-gte can handle?
1jz-gte?
2jz-gte?

I got a fresh 7m-gte =), for beginners and is it really hard to just get past 300 HP like most people say it is? and how much would it cost for everything?

or.....what would you do if you were me, trying to achieve 500 + hp ?

My personal opinion and i know people will dis agree. But jz is the only way to go if u are looking for high HP and reliability. I had a 7m built to 503hp and after every race it would seem Id find leakage from somewhere I am new to the jz's but I'm in love with them...

With a jz they are built for power... stock INTERNALS can handle 600hp with just valvetrain and cams the the blocks can handle 900hp all day long.. ALL of that is with upgraded fuel system including injectors and turbo...or two if u keep it twin...(more power can be made off of a single)

1jzgte swaps easier into mkiii and cheaper (to swap in, motors around the same price) but has ceramic wheel turbos which make them a weak point so before cranking up the boost on the ct12a's they need to be rebuilt with steel wheels and shaft.

2jzgte is .5L bigger so more power can be made ultimately. but the 1jz revs higher due to the shorter stroke. Has ct12b turbos which are a lot better built topped out around 18psi ( don't quote me on that but its in that ball park)

7mgte can make big power. But 1j or 2j will make more mod to mod. And the 7m is older technology so there for more prone to problems. But is still a beast!

Not hard to get TO 300hp.. The reason you can't get PAST it is fuel cut.. You need the proper setup to by pass the fuel cut.. 300hp (right around there IS FUEL CUT) I would say 400hp is where you should call it quits for a stock without upgrading the bottom end.. (Assuming you already have done the top end..)
