Default Rubber Intake Armlet

Alright, so I have 2 7MGTE motors... both of which the armlet connecting to air filter to the turbo is cracking at the part that connects to the turbo... Anyone have any of these used, or know a solid cheap fix? These things are 196 dollars from my local toyota dealer.......

Yes, the first one is a good example of a nice aftermarket one, I need the stock one as I live in California, the 2nd one... that just looks poorly made

The second one is a stock Toyota one judging by the description, how about this one Link bit more expensive but looks well made.

If the second one looks stock... it looks like a non-turbo one or atleast it looks a lot different from the one I currently have on my cars, I have seen that chrome one for less then $100 somewhere else, I would have gotten it but I won't pass smog with anything other then the stock intake armlet due to being in California.
Ahhh yes the 2nd link is the one I saw before, maybe I will get that one for my track car though, but for 50 dollars I wonder about the quality and authenticity of the part ;p
