problem installing crankahaft

long story short I tightend the connecting rods before main bearings. Should I just let it slide or tear down the block and retorque them.

Side note, wat kind of stock piston build should I attempt? I know a metal head gasket(what brand recommended)...amd thats as far as I get. Thanx
