all their is to know for a 7mgte swap
 

ok so i have a 1986.5 na 7mge 5spd and i REALLY want to do a 7mgte swap!!.. now i obiously dont know much about engine swaps since this would be my first so i have some qustions.. i have done ALOT of googling and searching threads bout this subject but cant seem to find the right answers. so heres my questions:
1. what ALL do i need to get for the swap?
2.where or how can i get all the parts i need? ebay? craigslist? shops? any recommendations? whats the best way??
3.how much am i looking at for the total swap? if i did it myself? or if i took it to a shop?
4.should i attempt the swap myself or pay a shop to do it?
5. am i gonna need to get a new tranny? (150xxx currently)

sorry if im asking too much but i would really appreciate any feedback!! thnks evryone!! and any extra tips also appreciated!!
