the shakes
Riverside Toyota has decided the drive shaft is not the cause of her vibration. Last I heard the mechanic is pulling the axles and maybe even the "pumpkin" to determine the cause. If this was not so tragic it would be funny. I will let you know what they discover.

look at it on the right way , they are giving your car a good inspection at least. but hopefully they wont charge for all the labor. did they check for the wheel bearing on the hubs? good luck . Q

its not the center bearing on the drive shaft??
also what 87 said, check outthe wheel bearings. would probly be a good idea to check tire pressure, and balancing, all these things could cause wobble and poor gas efficiency. |

I changed the wheels to the factory ones and thus they were balanced. She has had an alignment. IE they changed the inner tie rods and boots just before the rack blew out. As I said, once is accident, two time is coincidence and third time is comedy. I know where not to buy a new car! |
I just discovered the drive shaft came from a ford :roflwtf: It has been butchered to fit in my Supra. Well I ordered a rebuilt one for my car. Ick get that thing from my car!
