Cam breather hose

at running. I see a constant dripping from the top of my cam cover to block breather hose. now im just curious, A constant dripping into this breather hose means I have a busted seal most likely? any diagnostic as to which seal would be most likely the culprit being the closest ?

The hose is leaking from the top and believe the bottom.
so a new hose is about to be ordered from champion. i think mag auto has it for 25 cents cheaper..
I can defiantly see it drip,drip. so that could more than likely account for the quart of oil loss per 2 weeks.

any chance there is another type of hose I can just pick up at my local store than special ordering OEM? just about any straight type of breather hose?
