I need help please with rattling exhaust heat shield
 

Okay, I have a 91 TT Supra 1Jz. My front exhaust heat shield is rattling and it is reallllly annoying. I was told that an easy fix for this was to get some kind of clip or tie and tighten it down. But is this a good idea or should I replace something? And if I do just decide to go the cheap easy way with the tie or clip, has anyone tried this or know the best way to do this?

I dont want to sound stupid...just new to workin on cars myself. :/
