Fuel Flooding
I have a 1987 Supra and i have fuel flooding. Car is very hard to start but when it does Voltage to the fuel pump when engine is idling is 14 volts nad doesnt change, i changed the fuel resistor and its the same. car is getting spark with no problems there. any suggestions
