brake lights problem
a new problem has just occured in my 87 supra. My brake lights stay on and they wont go off. the only way they will turn off is when i pull out the fuse from the fusebox. The fuse is labled stop and it is a 20 amp. I did notice a little black washer on the floor my the pedals. is it possible this came off from my brake pedal?? If anyone has any ideas please let me know......

at the top of your brake pedal you will see a little unit with a switch on it which the brake pedal leans against
when the pedal is off it pushes the switch so it knows to turn off the brakes... if it doesn't touch it thinks you are braking :) adjust the nut behind the switch so that the switch is touching the pedal when you aren't pushing it make sense? |
stop riding your brake man...those are hte drivers i hate...im just kidding unless its true....(the ninja smiley that disappeared all of a sudden)
