They appear to be the actuators for the adjustable suspension.

so if i dont have adjustable suspensions. i dnt need them right?
i dnt have to put them back on?

No they are not required. If your car came with the tems system you could use them but the only struts that adjust that way are made by tokico unless you buy oem. But if you don't have the whole system it really doesn't matter.
