89+ climate control into an 88
I have my 88 supra.. I want to put the 89+ climate control in there.. Is this a direct swap? I searched a bit on the web, and the forum.. I just must not have good searching skills.. I'm sure the info is out there.. Please help..

If it's USDM then yes it's a direct swap. The floor+defrost selection won't work but everything else will work fine; If you look at the pre89 control you'll see the option isn't there at all. I can't remember what happens when you choose that one... naturally, the air blows through but I can't remember what vents it does come through.
