are you losing fluid??
sounds like a leak if the pedal doe's not come back on its own. when my master went i could build up pressure by pumping the pedal and it was enough to stop, the O-rings inside the cylinder went bad overtime. this is like day 4 of your post its time to bleed the freakin brakes!!! thus narrowing down your search for what is wrong...

Ive been bleeding the brakes for 2 days now... at first BLACK fluid was comming out with dirt in it..... (confused) kept doing it, and it started to clear up, ima do it tomorrow some more to, but the pedal is still spongy and i have to pump twice to stop. so ima keep bleeding till the fluid is clear. and then im going to replace the master cylinder

Good idea. Even if the bleeding doesn't fix it, new brake fluid is definitely better than old
