boosting turbo
 

i had to switch my turbo on my 89 auto... i think the turbo i got is from a 5spd would it boost diiferent im only boosting 4lbs why?

switching turbos shouldnt make a difference...u might have a slight boost leak, probably might have happened during the installation, check the hoses, the lines and pipes

yep i would say small leak possibly also... what gauge are you reading off for boost?
