In the diagnostic box under the hood jump terminals "B+" and "FP" with a paperclip or small wire. This should kick your fuel pump on.
Sweet, another Supra owner in the Temecula/Murrieta area. I'm gonna be back in Temecula end of Jan

Jumping FP and B+ bypasses a number of circuits. You don't need to do anything else when testing it.... just jumper the two and make sure that if any fuel lines are open that they are well isolated from the diagnostic box and that any exiting fuel will be caught and collected safely... there will be some sparks, not allot but enough to merit caution.
I don't believe that the ignition has to be on either, but the online reference is not up at the moment.... so, try the jumper with the jgnition off and if there is nothing try having someone turn the ignition to the "ON" position (without cranking it).

Open your fuel door and remove your fuel cap. Put the jumper wire in at the diagnostic box. Listen for the pump making noise at the open fuel door. If you don't hear it, then start checking the fuel pump relay (I believe that is still used with the jumper wire). If you hear the fuel pump, then you may have a clogged line/fitler.
Check this link out, that will tell you everything you need to know about testing the EFI system.
