This is a nice site that has made to order shift boots, ebrake boots, and armrest covers that I have found . Since it maybe harder to find an armrest in good shape rather than just buying a nice cover for it.

$79 for the 2 boots and the cover and free shipping. Plus a choice of color for the leather and thread. Ok Mr. Lag bolt to fix my exhaust manifold.

i didnt see the e brake + shift knob and center cover.
thats do able i suppose.
