Whats different 7mge/ 7mgte

for starters im not retarded i kno tha MGE is NA and the MGTE is turbo...
but where im confused is the specs and what makes the compression different...
i know u can turbo-charge a MGE fairly easy in theory but lots of tuning is involved, but these are the specs that confused me

pretty much i was thinkin' of doin an engine swap but it seems i should turbo charge my MGE instead of buying a new engine... help plz!
