Angry Heater Problem

Need Help ASAP:

At Start up, the heat on my 88 Supra n/t doesnt start working until 20 min after driving. It doesnt work after letting run for 20 min before driving. I changed the water pump. my overflow bottle (radiator) stays full. I know it shouldnt, but....... I empty the overflow bottle but it keeps filling up. I checked heater core, no leaks. NOT sure what the problem is...
I do smell radiator fluid while driving with window down, which is coming out of the overflow bottle. (noticed radiator fluid on bottom cover coming from overflow bottle.

Please Help!

Default Radiator hose collapses with throttle.

Hello! A lot of useful info here. Well, I took radiator cap off, started up and put heat on full blast. Everything was going well, then the radiator fluid started coming out of radiator quite quickly, then it stopped. I saw that the radiator was low, so I put more fluid in, then it started coming out quickly again. Then i followed the same steps, by filling up... then i put radiator cap on. when I push the throttle, the top radiator hose pinches... hmmm what could that be?????

HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP!

I suspect s blockage may be to blame... blockages and bad thermostats are common culprits for problems like this. Old hoses may collapse too as there is a natural vacuum in the system. I'd start with testing/replacing the thermostat.
