Default 1986.5 Toyota supra running rough

I have a 1986.5 toyota supra that runs fine while it is cold but once the car becomes warm and i cutt it off and back on the car runs rough. almost sounds as if it is missing at the number 3 cylinder. I have checked wires, replaced plugs as well as a new timing belt. this model is not equipped with an egr valve. Any advice is appreciated thanks
