LOUD screech when turning slow...
I have searched the forum and can't find anything similar to my problem... every time I crank the steering wheel all the way over to either side I hear this ridiculously loud screeching sound...it's terrible. How do I fix it? I think it's a belt. I know it isn't my tires scraping because they are stock and the previous owner even put a lip on the fenders for wider turn spectrum/bigger tires.

Yeah, start with the belt. If it's not a consistent noise that's the more likely suspect.... and they're cheap.
