so pretty much you just want to know what you will need to swap the 2jz into an mk3?

It will probably be the same as turboing a 7mge. But I think the 2jz ge is built better. How many mile are on it now? Because its rare to see a low miles sc300. So is a rebuild in order?

I would not turbo it with that many miles without a rebuild. So then you would have to ask the question of, would it be easier to just get a jdm 1jzgte or 2jzgte?

The 2JZ-GE takes a turbo much more readily than the 7M-GE.... MUCH MORE. You can even run it on 7M electronics but you lose some power potential there. At a minimum I would run the 2JZ-GE electronics along with an aftermarket boost controller and upgraded injectors... Best would be running 2JZ-GTE electronics with stock 2JZ-GTE injectors or better and a good fuel controller.
It's been a long time but I think there is even a suitable oil return from the turbo. You should check in the MKIV section for additional info though.
