cut out exhaust
i have a cut out exhaust that is located right before my catalytic converter and activated through a wireless digital remote but know i cant turn it off
i already tried taking apart the remote and the batteries still work cuz the button still lights up when you press it any thoughts or opinions that would help would be greatly appreciated thank you |

I hate electric cut outs; they fail way too often for my tastes. I'd replace it with a cable driven unit or a vacuum unit... vacuum being my least favorite of those two, but still much better than electric. With a cable driven unit you can literally feel if the unit isn't operating.
That doesn't prove a thing... my garage door opener is so weak right now that the signal can't make it through my windshield but the light comes on. Test the battery properly.
