Isc Valve
any one out there that can help me to in stall an isc valve it's been so long since I've taken my car a part I don't remember how it was in stalled is the mesh part facing out or is it facing in??? does the gasket go around the isc valve or does it on top of the isc facing the plunger???
Also why does my car surge it sounds like the ingition shorting out it surges not,higher rpm's but it surges as if it were to shut off Thanks, every one help is appreciated Dennis
