7mge to 7mte ?
im i able to swap out the non turbo engein to the turbo ? it a 1988 , or would i have to get a turbo model wire harness

hey
i did a jdm 7mgte swap to a usa 7mgte bc my engine was makeing noise from the top hafe and it died i had to swap the wireharness so it would work i think u do also your going to need the ecu too there ppl on here that can help u i think u have to but i could be rong

Wow you guys really need to learn how to type.
If you swap to a 7mgte you will need all the components of the engine like the coil packs, engine harness, ecu, afm, ignitor, etc.... Also depending on if you get the tranny with it (r154) you will need the pull type clutch, flywheel, pressure plate, and a new slave cylinder. I have like three 7mgte's im parting out so let me know if your in need of anything and I'll see if i can help you out
