spark plugs are swiming in oil
I pulld out plug wires and it has oil 1/2 way up the plug boot and the old plug boot snaped on the plugs but the new ones dont and they seem to be too long please help STUMPED.

Your post isn't easy to understand... What snapped? What's too long? The cable, the boots? The oil is typically due to leaking valve covers due to loose screws, old seals or both. Do not over tighten the valve cover screws; Only 22 INCH lbs, not 22ft lbs! If you over do it you can crush the gasket or warp the valve cover.
