hood alignment issues

Hey, is there any trick to hood ajustment? i cant seem to get one side of my hood to line up with the new header panel (think thats what the red panel is called). after looking at alot of pics, i notice that alot of mk3's have some kinda warp to the poly-urethane nose piece.

It's for the vomit from the hood scoop... the car needs some way to express itself.
Seriously though, was the hood cut for that scoop? (please say no) If the bumper measures up as even where the hood comes down and the radiator support is level compared to bumper and frame then you most likely just need to adjust the stops.... look like big black pencil erasers; Otherwise, the hood's warped. |

LOL, yes the hood was actually cut, there's two 4" holes, covered with louvers from underneath.. (i bought it like this). The hood lines up with the fenders fine.....ill try to adjust those rubber knobs.... thanks cre! |
