Default Fixed Rack and Pinion but steering still does not work

I had my rack and pinion replaced on my 91 supra turbo but the steering still does not work. Is there something else I need to tune or realign once I replace the rack and pinion?

Make sure you've got the right unit in there too. There were two different racks for that year; One was progressively assisted and the other wasn't.

Sorry but I'm still new to this whole thing..does "slight load" mean pressing down on the gas pedal? Never bleeded a car before so details would help.

Also, how do I know if my car requires a progressively assisted rack and pinon or not?
