Spark problems
So i just bought a supra two days ago, and the only problem that it seems to be having is that every time i turn the car off it fouls the plugs. so every time i have to change them, it seems to be a carbon build up instead of oil, what could this be? bad air/gas ratio?

See a pro.
That doesn't make sense! Plugs are not fouled after shut down unless you have multiple injectors leaking. Which is very unlikely. Make sure that the plugs are the correct specification for your engine. Yes O2 sensors are a common problem on a vehicles this age, although there are several area's which may cause your engine to run rich. Have your engine tune checked by a trusted professional. I doubt you'll be up for big dollars.

Post pictures of the plugs. Is the oil coming from the plug galley (the oil on them will be wet and it'll be on the end of the plug wires too)?

its not oil its carbon, its like powdery not wet and sticky so thats why i know its a bad fuel air ratio but i dont know what all can make carbon fouling. someone told me to check my igniter could it be that

If your mixture's that far off you'll be smoking like a 3400lb cigar on the road. Igniter's worth looking at so is the cold start injector, the AFM, the coil pack wiring (particularly the ground) and knock sensors and their wiring.
Have you checked for diagnostic codes yet?
