Jdm RHD seat for LHD passanger seat??
I have been pondering this mod pretty deep, I would really like to have both seats full electric with the lumbar. Has anyone done or heard of this mod being done?
A few more questions hopefully someone has an answer too. First of all do jdm or any RHD supras even come with electric seat and lumbar?? Then is anyone aware of if they share the same mounting bolt holes as a LHD passenger seat? The electrical I am not worried about one bit. I will be running a separate lumber switch not exactly sure where i want to place it yet thou. I think this would be a really nice touch and add to the luxury of the car. I kno its alot of work for a seat I won't even be using myself but I Like the idea of both being electric!

a suggestion, why not try and buy one from a Japanese spec car. The driver sits on the right so if any were made it would be for right driver Supras.

That's what I am planning on doin. But im mostly worried if the bolt holes are the same for LHD to rhd. Or if i can change brackets off of LHD pass seat without compromising the electrics

I thought about doing this myself. There shouldn't be anything to it really, no computer involved... Just branch off of the harness for the driver's seat in your car and verify the motor and control wiring matches.
