How the heck do I lower my car?!?!
SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, I just got my lowering springs in the mail only to realize I have no idea how to go about installing them
Does anyone have a good set of "how to" instructions for me? I cant seem to find one anywhere on the web. Im pretty handy with tools but I figured a little guidance would be nice just to make sure I don't mess anything up.. Anything will help. Thanks guys! |

So what springs and struts did you end up going with anyway?
But here you go, this is the toyota service manual: http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/TSRM/MK3/ Make sure you follow the torque specs and presoak parts with penetrating fluid. |

I went with a set of B&G lowering springs (i had the same brand on my old supra and liked the feel/look of them) They're supposed to have a 2" drop in the front, and a 1.6" drop in the rear.
as for struts a took your advice (thanks!) and ordered a set of kyb gr-2s struts thanks for all your help man! with a little luck i'll get this weekend off and be able to lower it then, i cant wait lol |
