What to look for when buying an 88 supra.
 

I am looking to buy a mk3 88 toyota supra with 7m engine. I have found one that I like, but I have yet to test drive it and see it in person. What should I look for to tell that the car has been maintained and that there are no problems with it? I have not owned a supra before..:sadwavey:

to start things off( because i was in the same situation last year around late summer), I would ask the owner if he had the headgasket changed and re-torqued to a better setting. I cant remember what the specs on the re-torque should be but i know the factory headgasket usually isnt made to last over 80k miles

Stock specs was 58lbs and the new specs is 75-80lbs
