Toyota Supra 1988 Non Turbo
I was wondering if anyone knew what suggestions I can receive so I can make my car just a bit faster but without putting much money into it. Im on a low budget. Thank you

Friend, if you're on a low budget than a Supra isn't the car for you in the first place, fast or slow. Put it this way.... Imagine the most high maintenance, finicky, mind-numbingly frustrating gf you can conceive of.
A MkIII is worse. That being said, I would have recommended going to a divorced downpipe, 3" exhaust and high-flow cat & muffler if you were running a GTE. Not too sure how much improvement you'd see out of a 3" exhaust in a GE, but I'd venture to say it still might be a worthwhile upgrade. |

Here is what I wrote up a while ago to answer this question:
http://www.toyota-supra.info/forums/...ease-info.html I'm sure you can find more still on the subject. But the truth is that even with large amouts of money you will still only see minimal gains with the 7mge. The best you can do cheaply is to regain hp lost from age and milage. |
