Turbo boost and other ???
 

I just reinstalled the engine and transmission after doing some repairs. The engine runs like a dream except for a couple of questions.
I see no activity on the turbo gauge.
The needle is at -4 and does not move. When should I see boost on the gauge.
Second: The oil pressure is about 1/2 way between the first two marks at idle and come up to between the second mark and 40 lbs when I speed up the engine. Is this proper range for this vehicle.

Third: I seem to not have vacuum boost on the brakes.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
