r154 with remote external shifter wont fit help!!
I have a r154 that came with my swap that has a external shifter assembly. Im attemting to put this into my mk3 supra and is apparant that it wont work. I have a w58 that originally came out of the car. I have searched all over and havent found anything.
*** Can i take the shifter assembly and housing out of the w58 and put it on the r154? and what will it take to complete this task. |

No, you need to locate an extensions housing from a MKIII Supra. The W58's will not work not with the extension housing from any other model R-154 that I know of (There may be a model car that used the same housing but I don't know of it).
