Default Power steering belt adjustment

Ok, i have a 1990 toyota supra turbo. Its currently in head gasket rebuild mode and i have the turbo and basically everything in except for the top of the motor, and very front (belts, radiator etc) How do i adjust the power steering belt when i have 50 million hoses and a huge turbo in my way? I read i have to jack up the car and do it from the back? I just want to post this just to make sure because i plan on having done tomorrow.

Thanks
