well what do you want to do with the car? once this information is gathered alot more help can be given, it could be as simple as buying a boost controller or doing the lexus afm/550cc injector swap or a complete build, it all depends on what you want to do

2j swap
i was looking at doing the 2j swap for my supra as well next year but decided not to because it was uneconomical for what i wanted, it was going to cost about 12g to purchase and build the engine/transmission alone, not including suspension and drivetrain, there is alot out there to build the 7M, what kind of budget do you have?

ive read through here and have seen nothing of the 7M being able to hold or create the power of a 2j, but to do 11's i don't think you would need a 2j, and after putting 10g's in a 7m it should really outdo a near stock 2j, unless you spent it on pointless stuff or didn't upgrade suspension/drivetrain to handle the power
