is the red thing your ISC plug? that green thing looks like one of the sensors that goes into your thermo housing.. not saying it is, but resembles it. This game of "name this part." isnt really my cup of tea.

That green plug goes to your knock sensor. the red one is for one of the vsv's. plug'n'play really. Im not sure what plug your talking about thats next to the rad hose since I dont know about 7mge, if thats what you have.
