1986 7mge supra not starting
I need help. Can any one help me get my supra running? Here is the story I bought a 1986 supra n/a I drove the car home but it was running rough so I decided to change the spark plugs with ngk iridiums. Found that the throttle was becoming rusting out so I replaced it and I replaced the mac too since it had an aftermarket one that was giving me problems. After replacing this and the distributor the car did not start. I have since then try two used mafs two used ignitors two coils and one ecu. And nothing I'm clueless the car doesn't behave any different when I disconnect the distributor. The ecu or the ignitor. It turns over the same whether they are plugged in or not. When installing the distributor I made sure that 1 cyl was at zero. Can any guide me in the right direction please

When the timing mark on the crank is at 0? and the cam gears line up with their timing marks, the engine is at TDC on the compression stroke, which is when you want to install the distributor. You also want to make sure that the dizzy is aligned properly on install, otherwise your ignition timing would most likely be off (and the car will crank and not start). Here's the link to the TSRM explaining all this in greater detail.

I have made sure that the TDC was correct the only thing is my distributor has a hole at the shaft before the gear that turns it's rather than a line like in the picture. But I made sure to match the line to the hole on the distributor and that the crank shaft was at zero before installing it. Do you have any idea what it could be? I've read on other forms that it could be the igniter but I have two of them that I have already tried and nothing. Thank you for your help
