Smile Adjustment?

Just put my Custom made Ic pipes on two days ago with my ssqv and did not re-cir the bov. car runs great but now it back fires sometimes after the shift Any sugestions????? I did not reset the timing since the mod.

redo the gear timing....u might have to retard it back a couple degrees.. not sure how many, im at work right now so ill try and reply back when i get home, it should do the trick...since i assume u are running the factory timing, the backfire shouldnt have anything to do with the i/c piping or that fact that you did not recirculate the bov, cause all recirculating does is basically reusing the boost u made alrdy...

hmm. mine shoots flames sometimes, but not after every shift. i have a non-recir bov(blitz) and some other minor upgrades.

very rich,I still have some sort of hesiation and it has been there since I had the cam pos sensor out of the car, I took the car to toyota and they said every thing was ok and timing was ok then I sent the car to some one local they said was ok and everything checked out but it still heisatates ......Could my o2 sensor be bad and my computer not know????????

i dotn think it would be the o2 sensors cause i dont run any in my car and i dont have that problem
