Default Cold start up has a quick squeal?

So it was recently coldish, like 35 degrees. So i would start my supra turbo up in the morning to go to work and it would squeal a bit. Wondering why its doing that? Also, my power steering started to act funny after the 3rd cold day (its now 80 again...) and the power steering is fine.

check your belts, hopefully one is slipping! other stuff would be alot more expensive to fix. To diagnose you could spray all of the belts with belt dressing - if it stops squealing - either a belt is loose, or is worn out!
since you are having some iddue with power steering - i guess thats where i would start - the belt that runs the power steering pump

Might be a belt installed improperly if they are all new. Make sure they aren't on inside out!

New belts can loosen up a little bit as they break in. Checking the tension isn't a bad suggestion.

Might be the clutch fan. I put a new one on my car and some times it squeals for a second then stops.

Put a few drops of dish soap on each of the belts... do it one at a time. When the squeel goes away inspect the components on that belt and that belt.
