rear subframe mounts
installing my subframe, i notice that the top "cap" of the bushing does not tighten to the body.is this the way it's suposed to be? they are pretty worn.and ,is there a simple solution to fix this?possibly a spacer?

ah,it's supposed to be floating.i can't find anything in the tsrm for tolerance.i found the bic spacers, but i am curious if someone has utilized the stock rubber and just shimmed between the subframe and body?
thanks |
