Engine code 24 and 31 what do they mean?
Hey everyone i have benn driving my supra for about 2 months now after i restored it. i checked the super moniter for codes and it comes up whith code 24 and 31, im woundering if any one knows what these codes mean and if there somthing that should make me stop driving untill i fix thoes problems
Any suggestions? |

Look in the MKIII FAQ for a thread on error codes and what they mean. Basically though, those are air intake temp sensor and air flow meter sensor codes... been driving without the AFM connected?

i was inspecting the turbo and ran it for about two minits whithout the afm wire connected untill i realized it was off. i imidiatly pluged it in but thats it

That would set the codes. Clear them and see if they return after a few drives.

Again... covered in the faq about error codes (although it may not be spelled out in which case you just have to follow the link)... But since we're here, pull the EFI fuse for 10 seconds.
