Driver & pass face air vents not closing
 

Ok so the driver & pass side face air vents stay open all the time but every other vent opens and closes. Even the center face vents open and close

The outer two vents are always open (unless you use their individual controls to manually close them); This is normal and something you'll find in most cars.

Well the other problem I'm having is that my defogger takes along to work and only defogges only the bottom half of the window
