Iv looked around a bit for a kit i found this one on the other fourm sites

No, that isn't a shortened stock unit. That unit isn't dampened like the stock unit or the S3 but most people don't find the extra vibration too objectionable. It looks like you'll still need to order a new bushing (just the one on the end),#2 in CanadianBak'inSupra's post and you might benefit from replacing #3.
