I don't know if u can lower it that much with just a headgasket. But hks makes a 3.0mm headgasket thats the thickest gasket I've seen.

Advice on this got into the habit.

I don't recommend 7M-GE + turbo. I prefer a full engine swap. If you must, then using 7M-GTE pistons is the best. If you can't then a 3mm HG or custom HG. 3mm will give you around 8.6 or 8.7 but having the block and head machined will remove material so your CR will be higher in the end.

A thickness of the stock which a gasket in the engine 7mge and what is the 7mgte? Someone has changed the gasket? Can compete thickness? Please.

The stock HG thickness (once installed) is 1.27mm. GE and GTE are the same HG.
