Default Remove Thermostat Housing

Hi i was replacing the thermostat but during installation the bottom bolt on the housing broke and is now the piece where the thermostat sits. Ive been trying to remove the housing but its not coming out. I took the bolt and nuts off. what am i missing? thanks
