Steering Return/Send lines, Brake Dust Cover

Hello,

I have an 88 7mgte being rebuilt. I was informed the power steering send/return hoses need replaced. Does anyone know of a non-dealer source for purchasing these hoses? Im not familiar with what these look like (the car is in the shop) and I am not having any luck finding what part he is talking about. When I search for return/send lines I get 1.99ft parts. I am quite sure these are large diameter and cost 4-500$ at toyota.

Also, Im looking for a solution for my rusted out brake dust covers on the front left and right side. I found what seems to be the part at TRDparts.com but that site seems less than acceptable as a parts source (they do not answer the phone).
