Car sometimes won't start

1.Had a 1988 MK3 7mgte, sometimes it wont start when I get inside my car on a parking lot.

2.Had a new starter already.

3.This thing is weird...its always happen only... I mean only in WALMART parking lot LOL.

4.Had to disconnect the battery for few minutes or play with the ignition key and it will start.

5..Remove the 1 clutch pedal switch and bypass it.

6. I notice this...everytime I lock my door if I go some store and when I get back to open it, sometimes it wont start. So I leave it open all the time and now its not happening anymore.

7. Ive heard its the alarm system doing this? can I remove it? and how?
please help guys...I appreciate it. God bless
