Which bushings am I looking for?
I'm really sorry to ask this since it's probably common knowledge out there, but I'm totally new to the wonderful world of Supras, and only somewhat experienced in the mechanical side of things. So, I've seen multiple references to replacing stock bushings with polyurethane ones, but never which bushings in particular should be swapped out. I assume it's the strut bushings? Or is it the control arm bushings? Both? Any bushing I could possibly imagine? And what products have worked well for all you owners out there? Thanks for the help!

Strut bushings??? The only bushings in the struts are part of the damper. The rubber strut "hat" could always stand to be replaced on any car this old. Yes though... replacing the bushings generally refers to ALL of the suspension bushings and the subframe bushings. Inspecting motor mounts for damage is good form as well, especially if the vehicle is from '89 or newer as they use fluid dampened mounts versus the solid rubber mounts used in pre89 MKIII's.

I found a thread somewhere that somebody had mentioned replacing strut bushings and I thought it sounded a little weird, but I figured it must have something to do with the TEMS or something. But it's good to know that it's one less thing that I need to replace!
