does the 87 have an power steering cooler? iv seen the long fins on 89s and so on but iv yet to see them on a 87 model. i see the oil cooler, ac condenser and radiator but never an ps cooler

It's just a metal line that comes out.and turns in front of the ac

That's what I often replace them with.... You can run a much smaller one then leaving more room for larger IC and oil cooler and it's easier to mount.

Thing to remember with the constant pressure clamps is not to molest them significantly. Jerking, twisting, pulling or what have you, with a good degree of tension from pliers will , depending on the state of the clamp, Bend it! and there goes your sealing capacity. It happens, but only if your really tugging on it.. for what its worth, I really like these much more above the other screw down type you get from the auto store.
